This page tells you about the terms on which you may place an Aldi pizza delivery timeslot (the “Terms”).
ALDI is offering individuals the opportunity to book an Aldi pizza delivery timeslot within specific post code regions in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Manchester (EH2 & EH3, M15 & M13 and CF10 & CF95). In total, 100 pizzas will be available in each region.
Please read these Terms and the associated Privacy Policy carefully before you book a delivery timeslot as they will govern your use of the service. By obtaining a timeslot, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

- The service provider is ALDI Stores Limited (“ALDI”). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02321869. Our registered office is at Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2SQ. Our VAT number is GB813053468.

- Third-Parties Involved: Our main partner in the service is Clarion Communications (P.R.) Limited (“Clarion”), a public relations company helping ALDI to run the service. Clarion is registered in England and Wales with company number 02517824 and its registered office is at Sea Containers House, 18 Upper Ground, London, SE1 9GL. We may also disclose your data to selected third-party service providers involved with TV, radio, print and other media production.
HOW TO BOOK AN ALDI PIZZA DELIVERY TIMESLOT
- The opportunity to book an Aldi pizza delivery timeslot will be available from 18.09.23 to 22.09.23 or until the pizzas are sold out via the Shopify website platform: aldipizzadelivery.co.uk.
RESTRICTIONS ON OBTAINING AN ALDI PIZZA DELIVERY TIMESLOT

- Timeslots are available in limited quantities on a first come first served basis and are only available via the Shopify page.
- Purchasing an Aldi pizza delivery timeslot will cost £3.99, or £7.98 if purchasing two pizzas from the Carlos Takeaway range.
- Three pizza flavours are available. There are strict limits on the number of each flavour per region. Once a pizza flavour has sold out, it will not be possible to purchase that flavour pizza.
- By purchasing an Aldi pizza delivery timeslot, you are purchasing one or two pizzas to be delivered within this window of time.
- A customer must be present at the address given at the time of booking an Aldi pizza delivery slot in order for delivery to be affected. If the customer is not at the relevant address, the delivery will not be made.
- You will not be able to change or adjust your Aldi pizza delivery timeslot once booked.
- Aldi pizza delivery timeslot bookings will be available from 09:00 GMT on 18.09.23 to 09:00 GMT 22.09.2023, or until all timeslots are booked. Pizzas will be delivered from 03.10.23 from 17:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT.
- The address given at the time of booking an Aldi pizza delivery slot will be the sole delivery location of the pizza(s).
- A maximum of two pizzas can be purchased per Aldi pizza delivery slot per customer household address. Further attempts to book from the same household address will be blocked.
- Bookings are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
- Name, contact number, email address and full address with postcode must all be specified when booking an Aldi pizza delivery slot. The aforementioned details must be specified to allow confirmation information to be sent to the customer and to allow for delivery of the pizza(s)...
- Each timeslot will only be available until the number of pizzas allotted within this timeslot has sold out. Once all pizzas have sold out, all timeslots will become unavailable.
- Bookings are valid for the date and time selected only.
- E-confirmation of your booking will be issued to the email address you specified when making the booking. No hard copy confirmation will be issued. It is your responsibility to check prior to booking that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your email address and requirements is accurate.
- ALDI may cancel your booking at any time if it believes that such booking has been purchased in breach of these Terms.
RESTRICTIONS UPON DELIVERY:
- You are responsible for your own dietary requirements and restrictions. Please check the delivery website regarding any allergies and dietary requirements.
- If you or another guest has any allergic or negative reaction to the food given, please report this as soon as possible to alditeam@clarioncomms.co.uk, within 24 hours of the incident.
- As the food will be prepared in an environment that handles allergens, we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergens.
- ALDI reserves the right to refuse delivery to any person. This includes, but is not limited to, a person who: a) has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion ALDI, has, or is likely to, adversely affect the safety of delivery staff. b) has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace or disturb the business operations of the delivery staff. c) is, or appears to be, under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- You acknowledge that you will be liable to us for any injury caused by you to any of our staff or representatives.
- Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by that of our employees or any other liability that cannot, as a matter of law be excluded or limited, we exclude our liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered by you or occurring to any items belonging to you as a result of your delivery. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you or to any third party for any consequential or indirect loss, damage or expense.
GENERAL
- Discretion: Where these Terms refer to the exercise of any discretion by ALDI such discretion shall be absolute, and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding any associated decisions. ALDI, in particular, reserve the right to cancel any delivery slot which it believes to have been obtained in breach of these Terms.
- Privacy: Any personal information provided as part of your booking will be processed by the third party booking platform Shopify in accordance with their privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy and by ALDI in accordance with the Customer Privacy Policy (https://www.aldi.co.uk/how-we-use-your-personal-data-special-purposes). Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
- Events beyond our control: Events that may occur, such as weather conditions, that render the service itself impractical due to reasons beyond ALDI’s control. ALDI may, at their discretion, make such variations or amendments to the delivery as they feel are necessary as a result of such events. This may be at late notice and with limited warning.
- Cancellation of the service: While ALDI will use every effort to ensure the delivery service occurs within the allotted timeslot, ALDI reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the service in whole or in part at any time. If you have already booked a timeslot for the service by that point ALDI will notify you of the change via the e-mail address which you supply to us when you secured this slot. ALDI will endeavour to give seven days’ notice of such a cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. If this is not possible we shall give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) constitute the entire agreement between you and ALDI in relation to your obtainment of delivery slot/s and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements in respect of this.
- Other Promotions: Any other promotions run by ALDI will be governed by their own separate terms and conditions.
- Applicable Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
